The Hains Clan

From July 2008

So, here’s the news on the move. We’re moving in September. Well, I am. Anita and the kids are going to stay with the Nel’s while I start my work in England and get the house sorted there. They will then join me in October and that’s us closing a chapter of Northern Ireland in the book of the Hains clan!

I ask for your prayers in this time and there is much that could go wrong but we are continuing to trust God for His provision and guidance. It’s all very exciting as I take on my dream job and Anita gets to be with the kids again instead of having someone else look after them!

The shocker is the price of renting a house in England… wow! Very expensive. We are having to look further and further away from London as it’s simply too expensive to live there for us. A pity, ’cause it seems a lot of my work will be around London anway, so, much travelling to be done for me…

I have just over 12 work days left here.  I have been with the same company for 4 years now – that’s a record for me!

This Wednesday I am over in England as part of the Psalm Drummer Summer school, looking forward to that.

Finally, we have actually had some nice warm days here in Belfast. I guess that was our Summer.
